Staples Shuts Out Stamford 35-0

Staples quarterback Andrew Speed (7) scores from a yard out tonight in a Weecker 35-0 win over Stamford at a homecoming game —the homecoming was postponed from two weeks ago because of bad weather. It was the third shutout of the season for the Wreckers, who improved to 5-0. Speed left the game in the third quarter after a hard hit. The Staples players wore pink to promote Breast Cancer Awareness Month. (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Tony Riggio for WestportNow.com
