Staples Class of ‘59 Returns to Staples

Members of Westport’s Staples High School Class of 1959—the first class to graduate after the school moved to its present North Avenue location—made a nostalgic 50th anniversary return to the school today. Retired Westport educator Glenn Hightower played tour guide. The weekend festivities include a reception at Norwalk’s Shorehaven Club tonight and a brunch gathering Sunday at the Ned Dimes Marina at Compo Beach.  (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Dave Matlow for WestportNow.com
