Staples Boys Cross Country Completes Undefeated Season

The Staples Boys Cross Country team completed an undefeated dual meet season today, beating Wilton, Greenwich and Brien McMahon at Tod’s Point (Greenwich) to finish with a 15-0 record. The team has amassed 110 straight wins over the last seven seasons under the leadership of Coach Laddie Lawrence, celebrating 51 years of coaching the cross country/indoor-outdoor track programs at Staples. The varsity team took eight of the top 10 places over the three-mile course.
