Adam Lubarsky, co-owner of the The Blu Parrot, was all smiles on Saturday as his resaurant parking lot served as the finish line and site of the awards ceremony for the first Westport Electric Vehicle Road Rally. Lubarsky cooked food for entrants and supporters on an outdoor grill. An email announced the restaurant was closed as of today.
