Westport Schools Supt. Elliott Landon addressed a special summer session of the First Selectwoman’s brown bag luncheon today. His more than two-hour appearance drew an overflow crowd of more than 50 guests. Landon defended the Board of Education’s decision to retain changed school start times to save money and said he had no intention of responding to two parents who had authored a detailed analysis of school business practices.
