‘Romeo & Juliet’ Opening Night Bows After Fire Alarm Delays Curtain

The cast of William Shakespeare’s “Romeo & Juliet,” directed by Playhouse artistic director Mark Lamos, takes a bow tonight at the opening night performance at the Westport Country Playhouse. Pictured in front are Nicole Rodenburg who plays Juliet and James Cusati-Moyer as Romeo. The start of the performance was delayed as guests had to evacuate because of a fire alarm set off by a haze machine that brought firefighters rushing to the theater.
