Market price is extremely important, and currently the Coleytown and Long Lots areas are enjoying a positive perception of value in the minds of buyers.

Both areas comprise one-third of all of the initial deposit activity within the last month.

That does not necessarily mean that other areas in town are not doing well. There are many factors to consider, including size, price range, home amenities, and location.

What these statistics indicate is that homes in these two neighborhoods are priced well for the market, and for what they have to offer.

Value must be obvious and present. Even as the additional spring season activity has peaked, buyers are still in the market to purchase.
