P&Z Members Make a Field Trip

Members of the Planning & Zoning (P&Z) Commission today conducted a field trip to the properties at 1300 Post Road East as part of its review of a site plan and special permit application for demolition and replacement with two new commercial buildings. P&Z Chair Chip Stephens said plans for the new buildings include a drive through bank as well as a retail or restaurant business and offices. The discussion and vote on the application is on the agenda for the P&Z meeting Thursday night.
