Preservation Award Winner: 101 Compo Road South

The owner of the house at 101 Compo Road South is among the eight recipients of the Westport Historic District Commission (HDC) 2017 Preservation Awards to be presented in a Town Hall ceremony on Monday, Oct. 30 at 7 p.m.  The HDC cited the owner, Jenny Ong, who purchased the neglected structure in 2015, for her commitment to a quality restoration of the 1924-built colonial revival. The award will be presented by First Selectman Jim Marpe, Historic District Commission Chair Francis Henkels, and members of the Historic District Commission.
