Moving Out After 32 Years

It was another day of moving out today for Joey’s By the Shore at Compo Beach following Wednesday’s announcement that the town and Joey’s had failed to come to a new lease after 32 years. The Joey’s By the Shore sign at the front entrance came down almost immediately and the only remaining indicator of the longterm tenancy was a sign on the delivery door at the rear.  (CLICK TO ENLARGE) WestportNow.com photo
