There was a crowded scene tonight at the new OKO Japanese gastropub owned by chef Brian Lewis as he held a media preview in advance of the official opening on Thursday, April 19. The restaurant in the old Vigilante Hose Co No 3 firehouse at 6 Wilton Road, seats 54, according to Lewis, who also owns the popular The Cottage eatery at 256 Post Road East.
