Main Street Building Changes Hands in $9.4 Million Sale

A Westport Main Street building, No. 145 currently occupied by J. Crew, has been sold for $9.4 million to a Greenwich buyer. A real estate source said the pricetag was a record for two floors of retail space on Main Street with the buyer paying more than $1,000 a square foot. J.
