Westport’s Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer Lynsey Addario returns home Monday to promote her new book, “Of Love & War.”

Her talk is scheduled at Branson Hall, Christ & Holy Trinity Church from 7 to 8 p.m.
The book is a collection of photos from the Middle East, South Asia and Africa. It was published this month by Penguin Press, and it mostly includes photographs made for The New York Times as well as for Time and National Geographic.
It includes personal letters and emails Addario has written, as well as essays from writers such as Dexter Filkins, Aryn Baker and Lydia Polgreen.
She has covered conflicts in Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon, Darfur, and the Congo, and has received numerous awards, including the MacArthur Genius Grant and the Pulitzer Prize in International Reporting.
Addario graduated from Staples High School in 1991 and from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1995.
