Executive Chef and part owner Luis Arias of Boca Restaurant, 43 Main St., today welcomes lunch guests Matthew Mandell (c) executive director Westport Weston Chamber of Commerce, and First Selectman Jim Marpe during the second week of the chamber’s annual Restaurant Week(s) promotion which runs through Sunday.  Boca, operating in the space previously occupied by Acqua Mediterranean Restaurant for two decades, opened one week ago.
