Rookie. Westport Animal Control
Rookie is a sweet and gentle 1-year-old lab mix (Pointer-Lab) that is looking for his home team now that he’s arrived in Westport. He has spent his life in a southern shelter and is ready for the good life. He was brought to a shelter as a pup with his litter mates but this quiet boy was passed over in favor of the females in the litter and with an abundance of labs looking for adoption down south, he didn’t have much of a chance. He is fabulous with other dogs and is happy to share his space. He lights up when the tennis ball comes out! He is a star at the dog park and stays right with you while walking on the trails. Rookie is neutered and up-to-date on his vaccinations. If you are interested in finding out more about this new guy in town, please email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Rookie is not at Westport Animal Control.
