Kiko Has a New Home

Kiko. Westport Animal ControlKiko (a.k.a Foo) is a male 2-year-old shih-tzu mix that, like many pet store pups, was purchased on a whim from the local pet store without much thought given to the lifetime commitment and care involved with adding a pet to your family.  Unlike shoes and handbags you purchase on impulse, you can’t store a dog away in your closet after the novelty wears off.  This little fellow is sweet but cautious and tentative when he first meets new friends and would do best in a home without small children.  However, once he knows you he is quite delightful and affectionate.  He does appear to get along well with other dogs.  Please send an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for additional information and an adoption application.
