The Mystic Market Kitchen & Eatery opened today at 60 Charles St. in Westport’s Saugatuck section, offering an array of specialty products, prepared foods, desserts, custom sandwiches, market salads, paninis, an espresso bar and much more. Overseeing the opening were David Griswold (l), senior vice president finance and operations, and Charles Spathakis,, president and founder of The Coastal Gourmet Group. Coastal operates four other gourmet eateries in eastern Connecticut. The location formerly housed the Jasmine Restaurant and for many years the Arrow Restaurant.
