Hi, I’m Shadow! Connecticut Humane Society
Shadow is a 9-year-old neutered Golden Retriever. An energetic spirit, Shadow came to the Humane Society because he kept escaping from his home. His owners could no longer safely contain him, so here he is! Shadow should be placed in a home with older children who will not let him out the front door. His new owners should be prepared to take him to obedience or seek assistance from a trainer and should be active to help him burn his energy in a positive way. Shadow does get along with other dogs. If you are interested in Shadow, please come to meet him at the Westport branch of the Connecticut Humane Society!
