Hi, I’m Rufus! (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Connecticut Humane Society
So, picture this … You’re sitting on your front porch, watching the sun set, drinking a glass of lemonade and lying right by your feet is one good dog, wagging his tail as you scratch his ears. Sounds pretty good, right? The dog you are looking for to complete this picture is waiting for you at the CT Humane Society (455 Post Road E., (203) 227-4137). His name is Rufus, and he is a 5-year-old altered male hound mix. He is just so friendly and gentle. If you are more of the long walk at sunset type, well, he’ll be right beside you while you walk.
