Eddie is a two-year-old, beautiful Walker Coon Hound fresh from the Deep South! He was shy with people at first but has really come out of his shell. To say Eddie loves the company of other dogs would be an understatement. When Eddie goes for a walk he can’t wait to find his next playmate. His favorite girl, Storm, looked just like Eddie and they spent all their time together playing in the back yard at the Connecticut Humane Society in Westport. Lucky Storm was adopted so Eddie is searching for his new playmate along with his new forever family. Eddie is a gentle guy who would love a fenced in yard to romp around, play with toys, and his new canine playmate. He is best suited for a home with older children given his timid nature with people. Don’t be fooled though, once Eddie warms up to you he loves to have his ears scratched and to be showered with love and attention.
