Homes With Hope to Rename House

Homes with Hope has announced a special celebration on Sunday at 3 p.m. to honor two former board members. The Westport-based housing and social services agency will dedicate its property at 86 Saugatuck Ave. as The Eldh – Schramm House. The three-bedroom house has been serving supportive housing clients since the organization’s purchase of the home in 2011. The house’s new name will honor the late Cheryl Eldh, a longtime Westporter and HwH board member and her friend and real estate partner, Patrice Schramm, also a longtime board member who recently relocated to her new home in Virginia.
