The Westport Weston Health District said today it has scheduled an H1N1 vaccination clinic for Tuesday.
The clinic is only for those residents who are eligible to receive the H1N1 live, attenuated nasal spray formulation of the vaccine.
The supply is limited, so those eligible must have an appointment, no walk-ins will be accepted, an announcement said.
To be eligible, you must be in at least one of the following groups:
• Age 2 years to 24 years and have no chronic medical conditions.
• Live with or care for an infant under 6 months of age and you are 2 – 49 years of age and have no chronic medical conditions.
• A health care worker who has direct patient contact with children and you are age 49 years or under and have no chronic medical conditions.
