Going Down: 7 Stony Point Road

The waterfront house at Westport’s 7 Stony Point Road, in the Saugatuck area, was demolished today. Built in 1960, the 1-1/2 story cape had 3,847 square feet, was situated on a 1.2-acre property and changed ownership in July 2014 for $2.8 million.
