Going Down: 7 Burritt’s Landing North

The house at Westport’s 7 Burritt’s Landing North, off Saugatuck Avenue, was demolished Saturday. Built in 1958, the two-story contemporary had 3,714 square feet and was situated on a 1.25-acre property. The owners authorized Westport firefighters to perform simulated training exercises on the property during the past week prior to its demolition. It was the WestportNow Teardown of the Day on Sept. 30, 2011. (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Dave Matlow for WestportNow.com
