Going Down: 70 Clapboard Hill Road

The house at 70 Clapboard Hill Road in Westport was demolished today. Built in 1947, the one-story ranch was 2,833-square feet in size, located on a secluded 5.2-acre lot and changed ownership in May 2008 for $2 million.
