Going Down: 4 Bluff Point

The house at 4 Bluff Point, on Westport’s Saugatuck Shores opposite the Cedar Point Yacht Club, was demolished today. Built in 1966, the two-story contemporary had 2,328 square feet, was situated on a .50-acre waterfront property, and   changed ownership in February at $4,525,000.
