Going Down: 4 Berkeley Place

The house at 4 Berkeley Place in Westport’s Coleytown section was demolished today. Built in 1956, the one-story split level had 2,483 square feet, was situated on a 1.02-acre property, and changed ownership in December 2012 for $530,000.
