Going Down: 42 Park Lane

Construction crews begin demolishing the house at 42 Park Lane today. The 1960 split-level house was 1,250 square feet and was situated on a 0.64-acre property. It changed hands last month for $820,000. It was the WestportNow Teardown of the Day on July 17, 2007. The house next door at 40 Park Lane is also awaiting demolition.
