Going Down: 35 Jennie Lane

The house at Westport’s 35 Jennie Lane, off Compo Road South, was demolished today. Built in 1952, the 1 1/2-story ranch had 3,958 square feet, was situated on a .98-acre property and changed ownership in September for $980,000. According to the new owners, they expect their new house to be completed by the fall and are relocating from their current residence on Guyer Road.
