Going Down: 270 Hillspoint Road

The house at Westport’s 270 Hillspoint Road, in the Compo Beach area, was demolished today. Built in 1970, the one-story raised ranch had 1,598 square feet, is situated on a .51-acre waterview property, and changed ownership in October 2010 at $4,666,667.
