Going Down: 264 Hillspoint Road

The house at Westport’s 264 Hillspoint Road, near Compo Beach, was demolished today. Built in 1969, the one-story split had 3,476 square feet, was situated on a .93-acre water view property and changed ownership last month for $4.8 million.  It was the WestportNow Teardown of the Day on Oct. 23, 2011.
