Going Down: 252 Hillspoint Road

The house at 252 Hillspoint Road, in the Old Mill Beach section, was demolished today. Built in 1952, the two-story raised ranch had 2,990 square feet, was situated on a .35-acre property and changed ownership in October for $2,550,000.  It was the WestportNow Teardown of the Day on Dec. 4, 2012.  (CLICK TO ENLARGE) Dave Matlow for WestportNow.com
