Built in 1940, the 1-1/2 story cape had 1,907 square feet, was situated on a .55-acre property and changed ownership this month at $697,500. Webb Road is completely different than it was 25 years ago when we bought our first house in Westport. It is no longer a street with cute fixed up homes. It is two rows of new construction that is all out of proportion. The old houses look overwhelmed by the big new ones.
