Going Down: 19 Sterling Drive

The house at Westport’s 19 Sterling Drive, in the Compo Beach area, was demolished today. Built in 1930, the 1 1/4-story cape had 1,338 square feet, was situated on a .11-acre property and changed ownership in April 2011 for $807,500 and resold last month for $760,000.  In the past month Westport firefighters performed training maneuvers in the house.
