Going Down: 10 Stony Brook Road

The house at Westport’s 10 Stony Brook Road, in the Old Hill section, was demolished today. Built in 1938, the 1 3/4-story cape had 3,091 square feet, was situated on a 2.06-acre property and changed ownership in July, 2011 for $1,350,000.
