In a celebration of Halloween, families Westport’s Westfair Drive neighborhood, near Stop & Shop, organized a “Nightmare on Westfair Drive” parade. To encourage social distancing, event liaison Anna Rycenga, a Westfair Drive resident, said, “we have two starting points and chalk markers on the road for each family group to stand on at six feet apart before we start the parade for the 76 youth participants and their parents.” Many neighbors set up tables on their driveways to offer separately packaged bags of treats for the kids.
