Freshii Open on Main Street & Parker Harding

Freshii, the health oriented fast food restaurant, opened today at both 1 Main St. and 19 Post Road East with entrances on the Post Road, and Parker Harding Plaza near Starbucks “Today was a soft opening for us,” said owner Jonathan Blob. “We have not done any heavy marketing. Customers purchased more juices and smoothies than we expected. Most of the purchases were for takeout.” He said the restaurant would start a delivery service soon for lunch and dinner as well as catering services for offices and parties. Adam Corrin, Freshii franchise development manager added: “One of the most common comments we’ve heard from customers today was ‘it’s good to see this kind of concept in Westport.’” Freshii offers salads, burritos, wraps, quinoa and rice bowls, yogurts, breakfast, soups, juices and smoothies, all made with high-quality, fresh ingredients.
