Westport’s Longshore Golf Course will open Monday, April 10, weather permitting.
Westport Parks and Recreation Director Jennifer Fava announced the date today and, along with new Golf Head Professional Jon Janik, also announced the new golf course website at http://www.longshoregolfcourse.com.
“We have had exciting changes in the past couple of months and are looking forward to the 2017 golf season,” Fava said.
She also said the Pro Shop phone number has changed to (203) 221-0900, while other numbers remain the same—for automated tee times call (203) 341-1833, and for day of play tee times call (203) 226-9785.
Westport residents may purchase or renew a golf handpass online at http://www.westportrecreation.com or in person at the Westport Parks and Recreation Department, 260 Compo Road South, during office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
“We are confident that everyone will enjoy the new carts and range equipment as we continue to strive to improve the Longshore experience,” Fava said. “We hope you have a great season on the course.”
