Entrepreneur Night in Saugatuck

More than 75 persons tonight attended the inaugural “Juice—Connecting Food Startups, Mentors, and Investors” event at the new Westport Innovation Hub (see WestportNow July 29. 2013), 20 Ketchum St., organized by Janis Collins, an early stage venture adviser. Owners of five successful business start-ups in the field of food innovation addressed the group, including Ryan Fibiger (r), founder and owner of Saugatuck Craft Butchery in Saugatuck Center.
