Culinary Students Demo Skills at Last Summer Farmers Market

Today was the final day of the summer Westport Farmers Market at the Imperial Avenue parking lot and Staples High School students in the advanced culinary class led by Cecily Gans (c) were on hand to demonstrate their skills. Three of the students will attend classes next year at the Culinary Institute of America. The winter Farmers Market begins Saturday, Nov. 18 at Gilbertie’s Herb Garden, 7 Sylvan Lane.
