In recent years, he has been a leader in the state in the fight for transparent government and the effort to preserve strong freedom of information laws.
“I am proud and excited to be joining such a talented team of people dedicated to giving Connecticut the thoughtful news coverage it needs,” Albert said. “Our goal is to continue to improve, and to ensure that The Mirror provides the kind of deep, non-partisan, agenda-setting reporting it was created to do.”
