Thanks for sending a completely unnecessary message to the owners. I actually saw a CNN report recently that said, in this poor economy, more people are seeking “comfort” foods and sweets and those business are, in fact, thriving.
I wish the proprietors of Crumbs all the best here in Westport…not all of us are so negative.
I wish them the best. I stopped in yesterday and the people there were very friendly! The cupcakes were amazing and they have done a beautiful job with the space…alot better then the empty storefront we’ve been looking at for 2 years now. (The owners should not pay any mind to curmudgeonly residents who have to much time on their hands to be negative.)
KUDOS TO YOU EP! You read my mind along with a lot of other readers (and customers!), I’m sure! I’m personally looking forward to a great bakery closer to town! May Crumbs thrive!
I hope they do well. Their Blackout cupcakes are amazing (oops! Maybe I shouldn’t say that. Now there will never be any left).
I am always happy when a new business joins the Westport retail family. I wish Crumbs all the best!
A cupcake store. I give them 3 months in business.
HURRY !! Don’t wait ‘till Saturday…based on the lines inside the store, they could be SOLD OUT ! Just kidding…but plenty busy and Tastes Great. Lot’s of delicious choices PLUS good coffee & espresso shots.
OMG! My friend and I visited the store after work. Unbelievable cakes, cupcakes, cookies and delicious coffee! Worth every penny! Like Tom above said, “RUN, FORREST, RUN (before they are SOLD OUT!”)!
