West, a fashion retailer founded this year by Westporter Laura Maged, opens next month at 117 Post Road East, occupied until June by Alex and Ani jewelry store. According to the store’s website, the concept “has been brewing for decades.” It describes the business as “a styled, edited + curated selection of the very best fashion, lifestyle, jewelry, accessories + art that la, the West Coast and (the even further west) Australia, have to offer.
