Comings & Goings: Vedas Indian Cuisine Opens on Post Road East

Vedas Indian Cuisine, an eat-in and takeout eatery, has opened at 1757 Post Road East in the Westfair Shopping Center across from Stop & Shop. According to owner J.P. Agarwal, a Wilton resident, who also owns a restaurant with the same name at 388 Westport Ave.,, Norwalk, the cuisine is characterized by a northern India influence. Agarwal said the restaurant is open daily, except Monday, and also features a classic Indian lunch bowl for $9.
