According to Sharon Maddern, managing director, brokerage, at David Adam Realty, players involved include longtime tenant Lululemon Athletica as well as new arrivals Sundance and Johnny Was.

Lululemon, 91 Main St., will relocate to the space formerly occupied by Nike at 69 Main St., she said. The move will double space of the leisure clothing retailer.

Johnny Was, a women’s bohemian fashion retailer, will open at shared address 69 Main St., the former location of Allen Edmonds. It is the first store in Connecticut for the women’s fashion brand.

Theory, the women’s contemporary fashion apparel store, will remain in its current location, 87 Main St., which it has occupied since 2011.

As previously announced, Sundance will occupy the site of the former Ann Taylor shop, 97 Main St.

The retailer of men’s and women’s apparel will occupy space that was once occupied by Ann Taylor, which closed last year after more than 50 years presence in Westport.

Splendid, a women’s apparel store, will open at 61 Main St. in the space formerly occupied by Chico’s.

All of the retailers and landlords have invested in extensive floodproofing in view of past flooding on Main Street, according to town building officials.
