Norma’s Barbershop & Salon has opened at 8 Myrtle Ave. at the intersection of Post Road East in the space previously occupied by Gigi Skin Care. Owner Norma Hayo, a Norwalk resident, said she caters to both men and women and also offers custom wigs and toupees.
