Milton Development Buys 1032 PRE to Expand

Milton Development, a Westport-based builder of residential homes, purchased the building at 1032 Post Road East for $2.4 million, according to HK Group’s Franco Fellah who brokered the transaction. The building was formerly occupied by Baker Graphics from 2009 until earlier this year when it relocated to 1753 Post Road East across from Stop and Shop. Fellah said Milton, following a complete remodeling, will open a design center and showroom in the 6,579 square feet building situated on a .43-acre lot.
