Comings & Goings: Embody Gourmet Opening in August

Embody Fitness Gourmet plans to open at Bridge Square in Westport’s Saugatuck section the first week in August, according to personnel at next door neighbor Bistro 88 Asian Cuisine and Sushi Restaurant. Stamford resident and owner of the 720-foot square foot healthy food business. Gillen Bryan, 34, said he opened his first Embody Fitness Gourmet shop in Darien in January 2008.  He said said the quick service health café will offer juice blends, low carb sandwiches and specialty salads.
