Comings & Goings: CM Gourmet Market Officially Open

After some trial runs, owners Frank and Michelle Weber have officially opened the CM Gourmet Market and Café in the newly dedicated Saugatuck Center Phase II. Michelle Weber said the market features prepared foods, fresh pastas, a selection of 40 gourmet cheeses, fresh local produce, prepared salads and sandwiches.  She said full sit-down breakfasts are served in the cafe six days a week and closed on Mondays.  Café hours are Tuesday through Thursday 8 a.m.-11 a.m., Saturday 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m.and Sunday 10:30 a.m.- 3 p.m. Market hours are Monday-Friday 11 a.m.-7 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m.-7 p.m. and Sunday 10:30 a.m.-5 p.m. “We have a staff of about 24 employees so we have the flexibility to modify the hours as we get a better feel for things in the coming weeks,” she said.
