Comings and Goings: Three Bears Building for Sale

The Three Bears Restaurant, 79 Newton Turnpike at the corner of Wilton Road is for sale.  According to John Zervos of DVB Realty, Norwalk, who represents the Vazzano family, the sellers, the asking price is $2,350,000.  According to the Westport assessor’s database the structure has 9,108 square feet, is situated on 2.73 acres and was built in 1900.
